Check out these fun trivia questions for your kids, especially since summer is the time of year when children have more time of their hands. It can be hard to find suitable activities to entertain them if we do not want to rely on electronic devices. One great way to engage children is by asking them trivia questions.
Why are trivia questions such a great idea? Most children like to explore the world and learn how everything works, they are born with an innate curiosity. They love to be challenged into thinking and showing how smart they are.
“I believe the children are our future. Teach them well and let them lead the way. Show them all the beauty they possess inside.” — Whitney Houston
But, if you want to entertain kids and truly engage them intellectually you must do it at their level. It is important to pitch the questions at the right level. Do not overwhelm them with questions that they are not ready to answer but, just as importantly, do not patronize them with questions that are too easy for them. Bear in mind, that each child is different so the better you know the child they more effectively you should be able to choose trivia questions for them.
