Rafael De Oliveira Silva is a Chancellor's Fellow (lecturer) in Data Driven Innovation at GAAFS at The University of Edinburgh. His work focuses on modelling agricultural systems and climate change mitigation through optimization techniques. He earned his Ph.D. at the University of Edinburgh in 2017.
