Jimena Barbeito-Andres

Dr. Jimena Barbeito Andrés graduated with a degree in Anthropology from the National University of La Plata and obtained her Ph.D. in Natural Sciences at the same university studying craniofacial development during postnatal ontogeny. During her postdoctoral career, she began studying the influence of maternal nutritional restriction on different aspects of brain development. She held postdoctoral stays at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and the University of Calgary, Canada. Currently, she is an Assistant Researcher at CONICET.
