About The Author

My research activity focuses on the development of tools and methodologies for environmental noise management, i.e. modelling environmental (transportation) noise, assessing environmental noise impact, and implementing actions plans to minimise environmental noise impact. Understanding the multi-dimensional character of the problem, my research has pursued the integration of environmental noise with other environmental, social and economic variables, also implementing modelling methods able to account for the complexity involved.
